A: Generally, our MQO is 10tons. Maybe you needn't this big quantity, if you are a special field, liking the cosmetics, medicine, health care etc. So, we also accept the zero single order. Only different quantity different price.

A: we do have a discount program for those prospective clients who are willing to help us opening up the local market or providing annual purchasing plan. 

Q: How to confirm the quality of the products before placing an order?

 A: After receving the product specifications and requirements, we will work out out the goods sample & test report first , then sending to customer to confirm the quality if meet your standard. 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: How do you deal with quality complaints?

A: First of all, our quality control will make the quality problems close to zero. If the quality problem is caused by us, we will send you a free replacement or compensate you for the loss.

Q: What do I do if I received a defective order?
