Nano Washed Kaolin on rubber

Nano washed Kaolin powder is a nanometer mineral powder material based on natural high purity kaolin mineral material, which has been treated by ion separation, micro-refinement, surface treated with additives and spray drying. It has the characteristics of fine hand feel, good dispersion and low oil absorption used on rubber production.

Applications

As an activated kaolin product, produced though surface treatment with special additives, Our Nano washed kaolin series products have been widely used on production of various types of rubber: CPE, EPDM,IIR,SBR,NR,NBR, The reinforcement performance of special rubber varieties is comparable to Sillitin N85.
