Rubber Reinforcing Agent：Our kaolin clay exhibits fast incorporation, excellent surfaces, very good dispersion behavior, high- filling ratio, curing rate, electric insulation- & chemical resistance and good- rheological properties, extrusion properties and ageing properties.
This kaolin clay has a very low tensile and compression set and offers a matting effect.
This kaolin clay is mainly used for EPDM rubber and other specialty rubbers, cable jackets, rubber seals, high-pressure hoses, railroad shock pads, tires, rubber bearing caps, etc. Also, can used in black profiles, hoses, and colored profiles.
Plastic raw materials：This kaolin has low impurity content, low 325 mesh sieve residue, good chemical stability and other characteristics, mainly as a functional filler used in nylon, in improving the dimensional stability of nylon products, color purity, gloss, less deformation, reduce the density of the product and other aspects of the effect is significant, but also can be used in phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins.
