Applications

1.Kaolin as a filler for paper

Our kaolin is characterized by high whiteness, fine particle size, low viscosity, easy dispersion, good covering properties, etc. It is very suitable for the manufacture of coated paper, white paper, etc.

2.Kaolin as a filler for ceramics

Kaolin can increase the content of Al2O3 in ceramics, and the process of mullite generation is easier to carry out, thus improving the stability and sintering strength of ceramics. 

3.Kaolin as a filler for rubber

The kaolin produced by us after special surface treatment has the characteristics of ultra-fine particle size, easy dispersion, low sieve residue and intact lamellar structure, etc. It is widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which has excellent performance and can be a large number of substitutes for carbon black.

4.Kaolin clay for interior paints

We are able to produce washed kaolin with a large diameter-to-thickness ratio, which provides strong covering properties for coatings and is particularly suitable for water-based interior paints.
